How can I become a Thug Ave representative, sponsor, or model?

Our sponsors/representatives must have a large following base of 15k or more ACTIVE followers. If you have the qualifying amount. Please email with your social media accounts and we will investigate to see if you further to see if you meet the requirements. 

Shipping Policy:

It takes 2-5 business days to process and fulfill orders. Friday-Sunday are not business days.

Once orders have been sent out, you will receive a email with your tracking info. Please do not email us asking where your order is, the moment it is shipped within our handling time (2-5 days) you will receive an email notification with all shipping details.

After receiving shipping confirmation, *Please allow 24-48 hours for the status of the shipment to correctly display* 

We also have a program set up to notify all customers of tracking and location updates of their package all they way up to delivery.

USA ORDERS:
USPS PRIORITY: 1-3 business days

USPS FIRST CLASS : 2-7 business days

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
USPS: 2-4 weeks (subject to change according to country)
USPS Priority international tracking does offer limited tracking information once it has left the country, so please be patient and keep up with your tracking info while in route :)

To protect our customers, we reserve the right to ship all merchandise to the billing address if we suspect that the order may be fraudulent.

 

Shipping Problems:

If you receive tracking information over the weekend, please note that your package will not be picked up or dropped of to USPS until the next business day. In which you'll need to allow 24 - 48 starting from Monday to allow the tracking information to be updated and scanned. 

Once your order has been shipped, we are no longer responsible for shipping. Check your tracking number to estimate time of arrival. If you are not home for delivery, we are not responsible. If your package gets stolen off your front porch, we are not responsible. Please make sure to be available for your packages delivery or arrange a pickup with your local post office (through shipping carrier). If your package is lost, please file a case with your local post office. If it has been returned to sender, we will notify you immediately once we receive it.  If we have not answered any of your questions, please email us.

If your tracking number does not work, it is best to contact your local post office first, if they cannot provide information. Please then contact us.

Tax and Duties for international orders: 

All applicable customs and import duties and fees, taxes and any other charges and fees are the responsibility of the customer (even if you refuse any shipments upon delivery). These charges are imposed by your local customs. We ship your package DDU, "duties and taxes unpaid", and we do not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and CANNOT predict what your particular charges may be. These charges differ for every country and every locales. If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs. Some countries may require additional fees paid Collect on Delivery (COD). Again, these fees are paid to the local customs and are not collected by Thug Ave. Thug Ave has no control over customs/import duties. You may call your local customs for more information. ALL CUSTOMS/DUTY CHARGES WILL BE COLLECTED BY FEDEX UPON DELIVERY  The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees. If you refuse a shipment from Thug Ave, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any tax/custom duties that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Thug Ave or the package will be abandon and disposed by USPS with no refund made. Please email your shipping and handling questions.

Return, Refund, Exchange Policy:

We do not accept refunds or exchanges for ordering the wrong size. We advise all customers to read the product description before ordering. If you would like to change the size within 2-3 days after purchasing please email us from our “Contact Us” page to request a size change. Returns are only accepted if receiving a defective product. Please be sure to order correctly. Thank you.

Payment Process:

All Payments are securely done through 2 different merchant payment processors of your choice. Paypal, and Global Gateway.

Thug Ave cannot see your card info through either of these Merchants. We are protective of fraud payments.
